2. Culturally adaptable. People Oriented. Filipinos easily adapt to other cultures having this nature and determination to fit in. They are a generally friendly and happy people to be with, having a positive outlook no only at work but in life. This nature earns him the respect and praise of people around, especially his co- workers. Our own culture and working conditions in the Philippines has inculcated in him high tolerance for demands and pressure.
